On Tuesday 28 October, step into the spirit of Japan at Ushaw as we celebrate Japanese culture!

Join students from Teikyo University in Durham for a morning filled with hands-on activities and fascinating traditions:

– Discover the art of Origami
– Try your hand at Japanese Calligraphy
– Test your skills with fun Chopstick Games
– Experience the elegance of Traditional Japanese Dress
– Be inspired by live Aikido Demonstrations
– Japanese Folk Dance Demonstration by Yoshie Campbell at 1.30pm

A wonderful chance for all ages to explore the beauty and traditions of Japanese culture right here at Ushaw.
