Tom Hume: Retrospective
The first comprehensive exhibition of the work of Tom Hume, a Durham-based artist and art teacher.
Hume’s work encompassed portraiture, figurative subjects and a series of precisely designed abstract works. The retrospective, which will include oil paintings, preparatory drawings and sketchbooks, will highlight all of these areas.
The exhibition is co-curated by Ushaw and Barbara Hume, the artist’s widow.
Tom Hume: Retrospective is on display until Sunday 18 January 2026.
