Spooky season is almost here, celebrate October Half-Term right here at Ushaw as we have an abundance of Spooktacular family events planned for you to enjoy!

Spooky Stories and Crafting | Saturday 22nd,  Tuesday 25th  & Friday 28th October, various timeslots 

Join us amongst the creaking trees and whistling wind in our enchanting woodland yurt for spine-tingling, spooky stories and Halloween themed crafting.

Witches & Wizards with Activate Theatre | Monday 24th October & Tuesday 25th October, various timeslots

Get ready for an immersive witches and wizards experience, with themed games, wand making, sorting hat ceremony and broomstick riding.

Witching in Woods with Noo Noos | Monday 24th & Thursday 27th October, various timeslots

Join Noo Noos for some very special Halloween themed forest school activities in the witchy woodland at Ushaw.

Back into Nature are back for a very special Halloween themed outdoor stay and play session amongst the beautiful autumn leaves at Ushaw.

Halloween Daytime Garden Trail | 11am-4pm Daily throughout October Half-Term

Test your nerve and see if you can crack our fiendish code in an outdoor trail that will take you into a haunted forest, past a garden of bones and through a spiders’ nest!

Included with Ushaw Annual Pass and Daily Admission.

Halloween Illuminated Trail | Friday 28th, Saturday 29th & Sunday 30th October, various timeslots

Hoooowwwllll! Beware the moon, as Halloween is nigh and set to take over Ushaw, can you handle our Illuminated Trail? Come join us for a three-day Halloween event, entailing a blood-curdling evening of thrills, frights and scares.
