Join us for an out of this world experience at Ushaw, as Super Science is back for February Half Term! Discover the intergalactic activities that you can get up to below.
Brilliant Bottle Rockets | Tuesday 21, Wednesday 22 & Thursday 23 February , 10:30am – 11:30am & 12pm – 1pm
Takeoff at Ushaw and explore the universe of science this February Half Term, where children can construct and launch their very own rocket on our special launch pad!

Space Themed Stitching | Monday 20 & Friday 24 February , 1:30pm – 3pm
Join members of a local independent stitching group, and stitch your own space themed masterpiece.
Sessions are free to book onto, you can do so here
Outer Space Movie Zone | Saturday 25 February, 1pm – 3pm
We will be bringing you the next instalment of Movie Zone, and what’s more there is no additional cost!

Galaxy Garden Trail | Saturday 18 – Sunday 26 February , 11am – 4pm
Blast off around Ushaw’s gardens this Half Term and seek out all 8 planets of our solar system. See if you can find them all, collect a fact about each planet to become an Ushaw space expert.

Toy Takeover | 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 25, 26 February , 11am – 4pm
Our Toy Takeovers are back by popular demand as we’ll have with heaps of track and trains for your young engineers to construct and play to their hearts content.

Montgomery Bonbon: Museum Mystery Trail | Daily during Half Term , 11am – 4pm
Grab an activity sheet to test out your detective skills, solve puzzles and have fun. Remember to pick up your free moustache bookmark to get in the mystery-solving mindset!
