Picking Up The Threads

We are delighted to be showing a textile exhibition by the Take A Stitch 2 Durham group.

Take a Stitch 2 is an independent group of creative textile artists and stitchers from Durham and the surrounding area. The members share an interest in a broad range of techniques including hand and machine embroidery, quilting and the acquisition of fabric and threads. The artists employ a range of styles from the very traditional to cutting edge contemporary work employing mixed media.

The exhibition runs until Monday 29th August and many of the works are for sale.
