Matisse: Drawing with Scissors

Matisse: Drawing with Scissors is an exhibition of 35 framed lithographic prints of Henri Matisse’s famous cut-out series on display until Sunday 10 November 2024.

The works were produced towards the end of Matisse’s life and it includes many of his iconic images, such as The Snail and the Blue Nudes.

The French painter, sculptor and designer, Henri Matisse (1869-1954) was one of the 20th century’s most influential artists. His vibrant works are celebrated for their extraordinary richness and luminosity of colour and his spectacular paper cut-outs were his final triumph.

A touring exhibition from the Hayward Gallery/Southbank Centre, London.

Entry to Matisse: Drawing with Scissors is included with Annual Membership and Day Pass.
