A Century of Wedding Gowns
We’re bringing in peak wedding season the right way, as our exhibition has been extended for the final time until Monday 26 August 2024!
A Century of Wedding Gowns, a display of 72 wedding dresses, is on display throughout the Ushaw chapel complex.
Showcasing the exquisite craftsmanship and evolving trends that have defined one of the most memorable days in countless lives, experience a celebration of bridal fashion that spans several centuries.
The exhibition includes original gowns and reproductions of dresses worn by royalty including Princess Diana and the current Princess of Wales. A small selection of wedding tiaras are also on display.
Entry to the exhibition is included with an Annual Membership or Day Pass.
