This upgrade will allow us to introduce digital membership cards, ensure our records remain accurate and enhance your overall experience with us. Please bear with us as our staff and volunteers transition to the new system.
Uploads to the new system will happen in stages, if you haven’t received an email by the 10 April 2026 please get in touch with us at [email protected]
Your existing tickets will remain active until your update email arrives.
On your next visit, after 1 April 2026, please ask our Visitor Centre team for an updated physical membership card.
They will be able to provide you with a card featuring your unique membership ID number.
Day Pass and Event tickets – Digital tickets on your phone are perfectly fine. Printing is optional.
Memberships – All members will receive a Digital Membership Card to show on your phone on every visit. Physical cards can be issued on request.
Yes, after the 1 April 2026, if you would like to purchase online using your eGift Card, please email us at [email protected] and we can arrange this for you.
“Add to Apple Wallet” is now available, please contact us at [email protected] and we can resend your membership to add to wallet.
We hope to have Google Wallet integration available within the next few months. In the meantime, we recommend saving your email as a favourite or taking a screenshot with QR code visible to show upon your arrival at Ushaw.
