Way Back When: 1940s
Following the success of our first Way Back When event last year, we’re delighted to announce that it will be making a return.
On Saturday 16th July we will be taking a step back in time to the 1940s.
You can expect:
A number of stunning 40s/military vehicles on display, including a National Fire Service Auxiliary Towing Vehicle.
We will also be welcoming back the 29th Field Kitchen with their British Army cuisine.
An impressive (loud!) firing display.
We are delighted to welcome back Colin Bourdiec with his incredible tribute to George Formby and others + we welcome vintage vocalist Jenna Highfield.
Get your dancing shoes on with some Jive Dancing and Tea Dancing demonstrations by Dianne Ross Dance Academy’s Social Dancers.
