If you want to take your first steps in improving your health and fitness, or if you just want to stay healthy, come along and try Walk Durham’s free, short health walks. The walks take place every week in local communities across County Durham.
These walks cover various terrain and routes are relatively flat, however, some routes may have obstacles such as stiles. They are led by friendly, trained instructors and last up to approximately 90 minutes.
Booking is essential and everyone must book in advance (You can book up to seven days in advance.)
