The Bible is a key document for all Christians, used in prayer and liturgies, and studied for what it can tell us about God.

How do we use the Bible? How important is it in our experience of being Christians?

The worldwide church’s recent Synod introduced a process of “walking together” as the People of God. At Ushaw, we are holding monthly meetings at which we invite
everyone to:
– Join together
– Talk about our experiences of the Church today
– Listen to the thoughts and views of others, and discern where the Spirit is leading us.

Under the heading ‘Let’s Talk About...’ we will suggest a theme for each month’s meeting, to get the conversation started.
