Boundless Books – December
Cold days are here, meaning Boundless Books is now indoors! We have hibernated in a covid-safe way to the cosy The Refectory Cafe Tea Room. Meaning we’ll be closer to coffee, cake and the Pre-Loved Bookshop.
Our December meet-up will take place on Friday 3rd December at 11am-12pm. Will we be rating (or slating?) THE HOUSE ON BELLEVUE GARDENS by Rachel Hore and taking away the next month’s book which is MAJOR PETTIGREW’S LAST STAND by Helen Simonson.
Whether you are looking to return to regular reading habits, for motivation to get out of the house or want to meet fellow bookworms, we are here for you. Start your weekend early with book club and follow it up with a stroll in the gardens or explore the historic property which has a charming preloved book shop within it.
Entry to Ushaw is included for Ushaw Annual Pass holders – proof of purchase will be required. Without an Annual Pass, admission will apply for this event.
Free library copies available of each book covered (limited number).
If anybody cannot manage this because of health reasons please get in touch as there may be other ways to take part, we are a friendly bunch of booklovers.
