In order for Illuminating Ushaw: Land of Enchantment to successfully take place within the current economic climate, we have taken the decision to amend the dates of this year’s Illuminating Ushaw to 7 nights rather than the original 12. This will affect tickets booked on Thursday 1, Friday 2, Thursday 8, Friday 9 & Thursday 15 December.
New dates for Illuminating Ushaw are the following:
Saturday 3Â |Â Sunday 4 December
Saturday 10 | Sunday 11 December
Friday 16Â |Â Saturday 17Â |Â Sunday 18 DecemberÂ
We have also added an extra timeslot at 6:30pm each night to accommodate increased demand of tickets.
This decision has not been taken lightly but as our operating costs are set to significantly increase during the winter months ahead, this will help to ensure we can continue providing a wonderful place for all, enhancing people’s lives through heritage, culture and creative experiences.
What happens next?
If your tickets were purchased for one of original timeslots which have been amended, please email tickets@ushaw.org to request a transfer for your tickets – if you can’t make any of those dates then we will be offering a full refund.
